Pirom’s Incorporated was started in January 1981 by Pirom Boyden and her husband Paul.
Since that time, Pirom’s has grown from one idea and one product (authentic Thai spring rolls) to a wide variety of authentic hand made hors d’oeuvres such a coconut shrimp. Shao Mai, Gyoza (Potsticker) and other custom made products. PIROM’S blends the best of Asia in the Thai culinary tradition, producing premium and excellent tasting products, that please the Western palate.
Pirom’s makes a wide variety of hors d’oeuvres. Our selection has evolved from predominantly Asian fare to include many traditional hors d’oeuvres such as a variety of brochettes. Our specialties will enhance the ethnic dining experience; and will compliment your banquets, entrees, buffets, luaus and parties as exceptional finger foods.
Pirom’s uses only the finest quality beef, poultry, lamb, pork and seafood products.
The company operates under a grant of inspection by the United States Department of Agriculture. USDA has a resident inspector on premises daily. The company also registered with the Federal Drug Administration which oversees it’s seafood operations. The Ohio Department of Agriculture oversees products that do not fall under the purview of USDA or FDA
Current operations are conducted in a 14,000 sq.ft. plant in Lancaster, Ohio. The firm’s HACCP programs insure the highest quality possible in a finished product. All products are quick frozen before packaging.
